The complete Acroblock range of cast high-wear products ensures Alloy Steel International can offer the correct material to help meet your requirements when it comes to hard rock mining applications.
The Arcoblock range is certified to AS 2027 and tested to ATSM A532. Arcoblock white Iron products are vacuum brazed to a steel backing plate which acts as a means of absorbing high impacts. The vacuum brazed process gives a shearing strength greater than 210Mpa, giving you the confidence that the product will perform even in the toughest environment.
Alloy Steel International has state-of-the-art water jet cutting machinery which is ideally suited to cutting high chrome wear castings. Our in-house capability to cut custom shapes from standard Arcoblock combined with our extensive stock of Acroblock products allows us to not only meet but exceed our customer’s expectations.

Chocky Bars

Arcoblock chocky bars are modular, wear-resistant steel blocks specifically designed for easy cutting and welding. They offer superior protection in high-abrasion areas.

Application: Used in mining and construction for protecting buckets, chutes, hoppers, and crushers. Arcoblock chocky bars can be easily shaped to fit various surfaces, providing flexible, high-wear protection.

Chocky Bars

Rockbox Liners

DLP Wear Bars
